Several people are saying that Russia is exploiting Mali 🇲🇱 whereas the 62% stake signify a strong state role in the project and the mining sector, unlike several African countries who own 8% to 10% shares of their resources like Nigeria 🇳🇬 , the country NNPC owned 40% stake in its oil and gas sector and 7.2% stake in the Dangote Refinery.
