History reminds us that not every “liberator” came to liberate the peopl some came to inherit the colonial throne.

Jomo Kenyatta’s story in Kenya is one of the clearest examples: the struggle ended, but the exploitation simply changed hands.

Always know who is leading the struggle and what they’re really fighting for.
