Why is Kamala Harris touring Africa? 🤔

Many argue that this “political move” is because China and Russia have too much power and influence in Africa (which it's a fact).But what is the American agenda in Africa? 🤔. Fact is, EVERYONE wants Africa and if Africa is stupid and don't know what to do, it's gonna be "black history month" for another 400 years...or so...Smh
