Second Amendment
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Meaning of "Well Regulated Militia": In the 18th century, "well regulated" typically meant "properly functioning" or "in good working order," rather than being subject to heavy government restrictions, and at the time the Bill of Rights was ratified, the "militia" was understood to be the "body of the people"—specifically, all able-bodied men. In essence citizen-soldiers because there was no national army.
America has a national army now, but as a Black Man in America I fully recognize that as HIS army. Not ours... That is the wrong army for us. So..... constitutionally 2nd Amendment was and is no longer relevant (especially for us), and written in a way that can easily be misunderstood in todays context.
