HOW'S YOUR FAITH, PART 2

It’s said that a man with 2 or 3 close friends is considered rich. But a man with a wise son doesn't bring reproach to his name but brings joy and strength to his heart; that's a blessing from the Father. Which would you rather have? If Job were on earth today, would you befriend him during his trial or wait to see if he would overcome? You can recognize something in his spirit that has you anxious as to what if this man’s burden is only a test of his resolve? Elihu was wise for his age, way beyond his years. Men of great wealth and status had less. People who inherit hundreds of millions in lottery winnings only to go broke within 2yrs weren't prudent with their increase. Easy come, easy go. If you ever win any amount of money playing a Big Game Lottery or what have you, always choose an annuity plan over a lump sum. Money is guaranteed to come in monthly or annually, stretched over 1 or 2 decades, depending. The burden of sudden wealth: You will find you have more friends than you knew because they aren't. You will encounter relatives you never knew or who hated you since you were a teenager asking for a loan or a flat-out handout. You're not their personal ATM. Staying resolute when they try to guilt-trip you doesn't mean don't give. It's those who expect you to give or think your money is theirs that you’ll have to cut off or call Aunt Nelly’s parole officer. Come get her. She stole 2 dozen eggs from Quick Trip. They will work everything in their arsenal to get what they want. They will start slander campaigns; call Human Resources at your workplace if you still work. They will say you stole funds from the company and they should do an audit in your department, or you're an alcoholic who abuses his spouse and kids; you don't do or have either. They’ll say you beat crippled dogs and starve’em. Desperate people will do anything to force your pockets open for their selfish wants. {James 2:14-18 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, 16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? 17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. 18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works}. This is an example of using faith and works in Yahusha’s name for those who want everything without working or enduring. You don't have to give a person money to bless them or show them that the Father can send a blessing through a saintly person. Did Peter give the lame man at the Gate called Beautiful what he initially asked for or something better? {Acts 3:4-10 And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. 5 And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. 6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. 7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. 8 And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God. 9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God: 10 And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him}. Faith can move mountains. But how come Job‘s friends couldn't recognize his affliction was a trial for there is nothing evil in the Father but He creates both good and evil. They blamed this turn of misfortune on something Job had to have done. Discern the spirit and those circumstances that can lead to hell before you get caught in a compromised position. Satan's intent is to make you bow down to him, forsaking the Most High. In all of Job’s troubles, he never consented or gave in to Satan’s temptation by cursing the Most High. Continue—
