Day 1 of the 30 Day Vegan Challenge. I suggest keeping breakfast light and simple, maybe some cut up fruit like these mango and peaches.
I also suggest since this is new to a lot of you, do one day a week all vegan, then increase a day a week each week (I know changing eating habits can be difficult).
This is not REDUCING what you eat, but EXPANDING your list of choices.
