just because they are blood, dont make them family... if you have a Will and you have assets, create a Trust and put all your assets in that Trust. if anything happens to you, be sure that the Will has everything inder your name moved to the Trust. have a neutral 3rd party be overseer of that Trust. do NOT have family member be overseer of trust; only beneficiary. have a neutral party be overseer of your Will. this way, you wont have to deal with a fuck face fam member liquidate all assets and cancel all life insurace polilcies, and steal over 1.5M from everyone else. it also saves you the headache of filing criminal charges just to possibly get ceumbs back...
