This article https://memoryheadstones.com/b....log/single-headstone on single headstones with two names covers the practical side clearly. It explains how layouts differ by stone style, what information typically appears on each side, and what to confirm with the cemetery before ordering. I shared it with my family when deciding on a companion stone through Memory Headstones. The result was a well-organized design that everyone approved quickly. The finished stone matches the proof and the engraving is precise. A useful reference.
