I want reiterate that the 30 Day Vegan Challenge is more about you finding ways to "operate" in this life more effectively than regulating what you eat.
If you can operate while combining lean meats with fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc. in your diet--go for it.
If there are other aspects of your life that you need to fix, like attitudes, relationships, career, child-bearing, now is the time.
I am working on communication in my marriage, because we currently live on different continents.
I will continue to share food info and recipes, but I still rely on you all to continue to share your wealth of knowledge.
