In December 1964, Malcolm X told British activist Tariq Ali, “They’re going to kill me soon.” Stunned, Ali asked, “Who’ll kill you, Malcolm?” He predicted that it would be the Nation of Islam, the FBI, or both. Just three months later, he was assassinated.⁠
And while the full truth about his killers remains shrouded in mystery, his eerie prediction was at least partially correct.⁠ ⁠
