I don’t get alerts when someone comments just an email and sometimes I when I get it I can’t see the comment.

You wouldn't get alerts if you are not on the website because it is not an app yet... once we have an app for this you would get the notifications

As far as not seeing the comments... are we sure they haven't deleted them?
