Then I found out
On moonwalker channel
That black man
Who was impersonatin
Michael Jackson
On the train bringin so much joy
To the ride and today
Racism had him in a chokehold
And passed away
15 minutes…

It was then
Tears fallin
Like soundless gumdrops…

He became an ancestor….

How I wish
Black people
Could gain self respect
And dignity for themselves
Only to fight back
Against the enemies…
Who keeps killin us
Killin our loved ones
Killin our fellowmen and women
Especially the ones who are too vulnerable
And can’t defend themselves…

Those white men
Cave dwellers

They killed a fellow black man
At a train station
Cos he was hungry….
The fact he was homeless,
Can you imagine the struggle?

Are still mistreated like
They were nothin…
