This Ugandan Wax Print/ Ankara piece is my favorite! It's actually a pencil skirt from Mbabazi House of Style, but I got a little too thick in the pandemic to wear it the way I used to, so i turned it into a corset-type decorative accent over my stretch dress. Mbabazi House of Style has both an online shop & 2 brick-&-mortars: one in Memphis, TN, & the other in Kampala, Uganda. Fully Black woman owned & operated company. All the seamstresses are Black women as well! The owner also uses her businesses as platforms for charity projects. Please check them out!
