The last week was trying. I don’t normally drink full strength ☕️ coffee only decaf, but I was feeling sluggish Tuesday thru Thursday, and made strong coffee..... Well I remembered why I don’t normally drink regular coffee.... Insomnia. 😂😂😂

Had me feeling like a zombie with two hour naps here and there... Messed me up from Tuesday until. Last night was the first restful sleep. So thankful, but really when you come to think about it one of the worst things you can do to somebody is deprive them of sleep.

I don't believe in the no sleep style of doing business. If we're to be effective we must be well rested, alert, and focused. Get your rest Beloved!

Interesting you say, “It’s deceptively easy to dismiss sleep as an unimportant luxury.” I agree with you, especially when a great deal of people in our society wear working around the clock and going without sleeping as badge of honor. What’s worse is that people are being rewarded for hurting themselves physically while corrupting their emotional and mental health. Then once they are unable to function correctly and their life force energy has been drained out them they are released from their jobs or they die.
