Black people will always depends on Jesus.. yet he never came to save us from slavery. I watched a live stream about a TikTok of an old black man, he was in jail for 45 years and he didn’t do anything, he didn’t do a crime. That prison took the most of his life away. The look in his eyes were hurt . The guy who showed it and he cried I saw his tears running down. And this is what we have to go through everyday. There are more innocent black men and women who are in prison that wasn’t involved in any crime scene. They were there because they were black. The guy was angry because he saw a comment about
Jesus. A person commented saying Jesus is going to save us. I don’t blame him. When black people bring up Jesus when it comes to racial incidents happen to us, I get really annoyed. This Stockholm syndrome, I wish I have the power to get rid of it forever..unfortunately I can’t. It is why I wrote this piece.
I feel the frustration, anger, and the annoyance. I’m annoyed with my people for saying we have to pray.
