You have at least 50 more years and not considered old until 75.. listen to your body. Yup you have to change your eating ways.💜

I would not say you getting old as a result of you unable to eat at 2am.. just change what you are consuming at 2am...change the eating to change the outcome..hot cup of tea or coffee no milk..use honey or sugarcane as sweetener. Nothing oily or greasy...just saying
