FX has a new show called Kindred, where a Black woman with a white husband keeps traveling back in time, where she ends up on a slave plantation in the 1800’s. Smh...

The book was written by my favorite author Octavia Butler. Her works are much deeper than this but I can see why they chose this for tv. She has some super syfi shit they could've used but they ain't want to come up off a budget.
