Last weekend my offset smoker broke. A screw in the hinge gave and the whole top shell almost fell over. Got the new joint yesterday and gonna put it together, season the grill, smoker box, grates and fire it up to bake the grapeseed oil in. Then while its smoking I can see where there's leaks and then seal the grill. No leaks equal optimal air flow.
