You did not get cancer because you ate too many fruits.
You did not get heart disease because you ate too many fruits.
You did not become obese because you consumed too many fruits.
You did not get diabetes because you consumed too many fruits.
The average American only consumes 2.7 servings of…fruits AND vegetables per day..and we really should be consuming around 10 servings per day.
Trust me when I tell you fruits are NOT the problem.
