FACT: July 4, 1776, slavery was still lawful in all 13 colonies. Slavery did not end until December 6, 1865 legislatively. Yet the red summer of 1919, was a stark reminder that Blacks remain up through today, an endangered demographic in America. Blacks make up 13% of the US population, yet we are 38% of the prison population in America.... We are not helping our cause with the incessant gun violence in urban areas across the country. 🚫self-genocide 🚫....
