Getting the last things together for this bday party 2morrow for Zach. Chicken & brisket is cleaned and marinating. Gotta get the cake today & the veggies for grilling. Got the burgers & franks (need to get buns). Im gonnna have 4 grills going, 1 gas, 3 charcoal. Im using hickory wood for smoking but I can't front cherry wood smoked chicken is the bomb.
