I see devilishment, and business as usual. Employee policing, cultural gaps, lack of support, and the part about assuming that they were stealing the google campus bicycles, and being assumed kitchen staff are all (sadly) to be expected. When will we begin to unite, and do for self? Build, and support our own like Melanated People and other Black owned tech entities. Being our best "white guy" selves never has been a viable option.
