In 2006, Eritrea 🇪🇷 rejected over $200 million in foreign aid. In 2007, it rejected a $100 million development loan that was offered to it by the World Bank. The country hardly accepts foreign aid. It has a self sufficiency policy called the "live within your means" practice.
