Alkaline Vegan Watermelon Seed Flour Cookies π πͺ π±

IngredientsππΎ
-1 cup walnut butter (or any nut butter)
-1/3 cup agave or date syrup
-1/2 cup watermelon seed flour
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/4 tsp sea salt
Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl. Set in fridge for 15 minutes to set. Roll into balls and place on parchment paper lined pan. Use a fork to make X design on top of all the cookies. Bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Let cool completely and enjoy!ππ
You can alternatively use any gluten free flour for this recipe, but watermelon seed flour has a ton of nutrients and benefits!!π± (*sift flour if you canβt get it super fine)
