Did you know watermelon seeds are naturally high in protein, magnesium, iron, zinc, folate, and so much more??? 😲 It’s the perfect gluten free flour replacement.πŸ‘πŸ½πŸŒ±πŸ‘ΆπŸ½

IngredientsπŸ‘‡πŸΎ
-1 cup walnut butter (or any nut butter)
-1/3 cup agave or date syrup
-1/2 cup watermelon seed flour
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/4 tsp sea salt

Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl. Set in fridge for 15 minutes to set. Roll into balls and place on parchment paper lined pan. Use a fork to make X design on top of all the cookies. Bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Let cool completely and enjoy!😁😍

You can alternatively use any gluten free flour for this recipe, but watermelon seed flour has a ton of nutrients and benefits!!🌱 (*sift flour if you can’t get it super fine)
