Start with self. Become all of the things you wish to see in others, and develop in your areas of challenge.
Patience will be key both with ourselves, and others. Practice listening, planning, and most of all action. Become action oriented... We tend to spend too much time defining what the problems are, and not enough on developing an even more importantly implementing solutions. We need to become implementation/ failure experts. Too many times we let a single failure derail the whole movement. We need to become better at failing, and encouraging change and growth in one another. Brow beating, belittling, and discouragement have no place in our unity unless we discourage damaging behaviors like drug use, self hatred / harm etc.
