As I get closer to 50 my patience wears even more thin.

I mean I try, I really do but social media leaves people thinking every word is subjective. There is “your truth, my truth, their truth and our truth”

Never an unambiguous, immutable, common and undeniable truth.

Only chatter and peacocks that THINK they know having never opened a book in their lives.

Some slick mouthed, fast eyed, quick talking pimp says something and every little follower runs around repeating it, regardless as to if there is any basis or truth to it, just rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat.

Educated entirely by memes and podcasts.

Step away from the computer and open a book and then another and another and another.

Start with the dictionary that we might form a baseline understanding of the content being discussed. Then we can have an intelligent, focused, solutions oriented conversation of value.

Until then, we are children in a sandbox incessantly
Misunderstanding and killing each other because we
Can’t friggin communicate.
