In 2006, 5-year-old Robert Turner called 911 after his mother collapsed in her bedroom. The operator hung up on the kid after asking him to put an adult on the phone and assuming it was a prank. After three hours, the boy called again and anther operator told him to stop prank calling and sent police to the house. The police arrived shortly after and found the mother of 10 dead.
