If you're a vegetarian/vegan for health reasons, remember that brown rice is healthier than white rice, whole wheat pasta is healthier than regular bleached flour pasta, whole wheat bread is healthier than white bread, lentils are healthy, beans are healthy, white potatoes are extremely healthy (but I know sweet potatoes are healthier than white potatoes just by a tiny bit), green peas are extremely healthy, corn is extremely healthy, other whole wheat foods are extremely healthy, plain coffee is extremely healthy, black tea and other teas are extremely healthy, and oatmeal is extremely healthy.
