Dr. James Smalls is one of my teachers. He is a student of The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, and at one time was on the security detail for Malcolm X. The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad told us to study EVERYTHING. Not to take things on face value, but to research, and draw our own conclusions. This is good teaching. A teaching that supports our ability to become truly self-determined, create unity, righteously reason, and even respectfully disagree.
