For me, Israel is a complex situation that becomes further complicated due to the fact that Netanyahu is a bigot. Clearly the country must come together to save it’s citizens. It’s unfortunate, but he will use the ‘state of war’ to galvanize a country vicariously by this unifying event, even though approximately 50% of the country was protesting his far-right policies. I hope he is held accountable for this attack. This move to attack Israel is a horrific distraction. It would not surprise me if Iran, is not behind this with Putin’s concurrence, to move the international needle from Ukraine.
