đĢ đŦ đˇ Mexico has introduced one of the world's strictest anti-tobacco laws, banning smoking in all public places.
An existing law - which created smoke-free spaces in bars, restaurants and workplaces - has now been extended to an outright ban in all public spaces, including parks, beaches, hotels and offices.
It means many people will now only be able to smoke at home or in other private residences.
There will also be a total ban on the advertising of tobacco products, meaning that cigarettes cannot even be on show inside shops.
Vapes and e-cigarettes are also subject to tighter new restrictions, particularly indoors.
