2 1/2 weeks ago 4 people died from weed laced with fentanyl. One of whom was a childhood friend. We didn't interact much, but we're always cool. It's disturbing to see how many of us drink, smoke, pop pills 💊, sniff.... It begins to look bleak when we take inventory of our young culture and see how since Shakespeare (wine, women, and song / sex, drugs, and rock & roll) have been marketed as being trendy and youthful by the Europeans (living my best life = live fast die young = live for today forget about tomorrow, Carpe diem, YOLO, Eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we die, Do as you will, No guts no glory, Live dangerously...) all of which train us to ignore divine purpose fostered by discipline and sacrifice which breaks these generational curses. Keep doing the good work and embrace the steep path for we know that doing the same (silly) things produce the same (useless) results. Death is not the only freedom, but if you're going to die die for a purpose. I mean aren't we at war with this modern day Sodom and Gomorrah, or are we just laying down with the Sodomites?
