Mali 🇲🇱 and Russia 🇷🇺 have signed a deal to build a Gold Refinery in the capital city of Bamako. The deal involves building a refinery to process 200 tones of gold annually.

The project will allow Mali to control all gold production in the country and "correctly apply all taxes and duties."
