"Modern" Engineers design road and use material that is meant to disintegrate within a few years ON PURPOSE as they are instructed to do by the government. THAT WAY, politicians can justify the MASSIVE taxes you pay, or can justify INCREASING the TAXES YOU PAY - don't you get it by now???? #wakeup !
