P.S. and BTW... I'm still waiting for my Semi-Vegetarian and Vegan Recipes from y'all..... I want main dishes, appetizers, desserts etc... I still Pinterest on speed dial... lol 😂

Power Through Peace. I rarely measure anything except for how much meat I am using 😊. Depending on what you craving, I can throw some get downs your way. My fam loves my spicy cabbage. Head of cabbage, 2 large, shredded carrots, a clove of diced garlic and 2-tablespoons of ground garlic, 2 bonnet peppers (cut one in half, leave the other whole), complete seasoning (4-shakes across the ingredients in the pot), black pepper (2 back n forths across the pot), salt (2 shakes across the ingredients, after they all in the pot), 2-tablespoons butter, thyme (3-6 sticks whole), adobo (with pepper) 2-shakes across the pot. Add 2.5 inches of water to your big pot to start boiling. Slice the cabbage a lil' bigger than you would collard greens drop it all in with a lid on for about 15-minutes on med-high. Do not completely cover the cabbage with water. Really nice with coconut milk red beans and rice and plantains.
