Adds NYC to my list of places that rhymes with #bucket

NYC’s MTA board approves NYC congestion pricing plan which will charge drivers a daily tax to drive their vehicles. Taxes are as follows:

Passenger Vehicles: $15/day ($5,475 annually)
Trucks: $24-$36/day (up to $13,140 annually)
Motorcycles: $7.50/day ($2,737.50 annually)
