Quinoa bean burgers
Measurements are not concrete because i dont write anything down and im still perfecting them. My picky 6 year old says theyre the best burgers ever so, ill take that win .
About 1 ½ cup cooked quinoa
1 can drained Chickpeas
1 can drained kidney beans
About 1½ cups sliced bella and cremini mushrooms
½ small red onion
Put it in a food processor and mush it up
Add 2 flax egg, almond flour and spices. Spices include but are not limited to (because i add by smell taste and feel in the moment so i dont always remember)
Sea salt and pepper
Sage
Cumin
Paprika
Cayenne pepper
Rosemary
Thyme
Oregano
...basically whatever u would use to season your burger. Form your patties and either fry in a pan or throw them in the oven. Boom, yummy "vegan" burgers.
