Here’s how I’ve been eating recently. Been in an intentional calorie deficit to reach some physique goal that I have for myself. My daily goal is 2,000 calories.
I typically eat two meals like this a day that look very similar. My current eating window is 12pm-6pm. One meal at 12 and the other around 5. I feel really good like this and it is helping me be aware of how much food I actually require.
My protein goal is around 200g a day, which is easily achievable with this kind of approach.
I find protein keeps me full much longer and I’ve eliminated snacking completely.
My focus has been much more on keeping things simple. Fruits, Roots and Animal Foods. Aim for Wild or local, incorporate fresh and have a raw component.
