So I started my sauce by sweating down some carrots, celery, onions & garlic. Than I added my tomato paste to cook for a little bit. Than I added the tomatoes, crushed them and added water. Now I'm waiting until a boil than I'll cut down the heat to a slow simmer for a few hours. After that I'll take my immersion blender and blend everything smooth. Now I start seasoning. I'll keep yall posted.
