This is the DUMBEST logic I have ever read in my entire life. WHOEVER wrote that is missing some chromosomes. ALSO, a woman's clothing (outerwear or otherwise) HAS NOTHING to do with CONSENT to have sex with anyone. UNLESS, she VERBALLY/VOCALLY gives consent, it's a NO GO - UNLESS HE WANTS TO CATCH A g-RAPE CHARGE.
