Just heard 10 successive gunshots at 54am. The reason I know they were gunshots? Here come the police sirens.

Those things fly over here too. In fact the front of my home was riddled with them when I bought the place, and a young man had just been killed at the park at the end of the street.

I talk to my folks, and they make the effort to greet me, and seek wisdom. It is the lack of hope that fosters a destructive mind.... after years of neglect.... That says to me that they have lost their faith. Faith in a system that feeds off of them, but gives nothing in return. Our job is not to juat be self sufficient, but to create opportunities. When there are lot of folks sitting on porches, and standing around with nothing to do the pimps, and hustlers get shine, but there is a better way. I tell the shooters when I see the God in them. In fact I search for it, and encourage them to cultivate their gifts. Some of them die, but sometimes they listen. 💯

I now declare my neighborhood as bombs over Baghdad zone. You just caint escape gun play anymore. My south of the border neighbors play with guns often. I don’t like guns, but I got one & will shoot to kill & I ain’t a killa.
A demon slayer yes, killa of people in the flesh, nope, not yet anyway!!!
