Easy. I'm a wear adult diapers, under an haz. mat. suit, some goggles, gloves, a face mask, fast (no food or water), have my phone plugged in, while I'm on it (so I won't get bored), and sit on a chair, in the middle, making sure I don't touch ANY sirface or wall, for 24 hours. Next day, I'm a collect my 75 millie. 😁 Simple.
