You cannot unite with money as the focus. You cannot unite in belief or ideology.

You cannot unite in any lasting form in ANYTHING OTHER then our common biological needs.

It is the ONLY CONSTANT, YOU NEED WATER and so do I.

You NEED FOOD and so do I, YOU NEED SHELTER and so do I.

YOU NEED HEALTHCARE and so do I.

This is the only possible basis for any form of lasting unity or building.

The only common denominator.
