I do want a guy who chases me around
Just like in those movies…those romantic films
Even after a breakup.. I want a guy who says from the heart
That we’re not goin to stay apart…we’re goin to be together forever…
With tears in our eyes, and the fact he would convince me
We’re together forever in every action he shows….

Does that sound corny and cheesy to wish for that?
Am I too old to desire, still believe in fairytales?
Even sometimes I give up, got doubts?
I crave to be in a love story novel, where real love is so real….
I wanna marry my best friend…I wanna say sweet cliches from my heart
To my future husband….

I wanna write him poems and poems
When we live together, give peace to his world…

May sound crazy, and kinda desperate
I wanna witness the man of my dreams who will always follow me
Around the world…if I look up I hope he still looks my way….

Women deserves good men…women deserves good men who love them, too…
We do give up, we do get lonely..we tend to feel like what am I doin wrong?
I think we need to love ourselves, take care of our hearts first before we fall for
Someone…and we do ignore the advice, cos we’re hardheaded….

Why? We wanna rush things…we wanna be with someone who loves us in return
So bad that we end up broken….
And these modern women who sees healthy relationships passin them, the loneliness
Hits them, deep inside they wanna be loved…they secretly cry askin how come I’m not
Married, how come all the men are taken…the society seems to have it all wrong….

It’s ok not to lose hope, it’s ok to keep so much faith in love…
Cos real love, the realest love, that shit is possible….

I still have hope for the man of my dreams who would follow me
Chases me around after a stupid breakup or an argument…
Just like in romance movies and novels
I’m not sayin he has to be a stalker or anythin like that….
If I turn around, and he’s right there lookin at me with a smile…
His eyes lit up and he goes up behind me and hold me in his arms…

I could be too old for sayin this, but
I’m almost in my 40s…. I know real love does exists…
It’s rare….

Everyone almost everyone wants real love…
They want to live in it, experience it…
