Working on my menu for tonight. Just finished cleaning and seasoning a brisket. Gonna put that in the crock pot for like 6 hrs. I'm cleaning a whole chicken also, my sons prefer chicken. I know I'm making some rice but I got a taste for some roasted potatoes.
