With all this weather warfare going on this movie comes to mind & I strongly suggest that whenever it's raining or snowing to stay inside. If caught out in it make sure you're completely covered up & get home asap. They not only spray toxins in the atmosphere just like agent orange but there's no doubt in my mind that there's nano particles mixed in as well.
