lower back been killing me since sunday. yesterday was by far the worst, got home from work and could barely stand or walk

Power Through Peace. My drug free way is to get the biggest towel in your house, twist like a pretzel, wet it good, put it in the microwave for about four mins, put on a t-shirt and lay on it. (To me, steam therapy is the best for nerves and joints) You may have to do it 3x. Use a garbage bag as your barrier for your furniture. If you pop ibuprofen first you usually feel better in about 30-40, it helps with the blood flow. Feel better soon.
