“I was just running out to the store, and this random guy started filming me walking down the street. He was specifically tracking me, as you can see from the attached video. And he didn’t speak or acknowledge me other than to film me, and to gesture at his camera when I loudly called him a creep, in case he was live streaming. Any idea who this is, or what this was about?

To be absolutely clear, I didn’t interact with this guy at all before he started filming me. I only noticed his weird behavior when I turned a corner and noticed that he was following me with his camera. This clip was after I ducked into a liquor store to try to get away, and he was waiting for me outside. He didn’t seem violent, but the whole thing was unsettling. Why would he be doing this to a random stranger?”
