In the area I grew up, & my Mother grew up, & the house my GPa owned that he gave to my GMa, because she left him behind her selfish reasons NEEDS to be GENTRIFIED as harsh as that may seem! They don't care about holding criminals accountable victimizing their own people they put trash on a pedestal than wanna cry racism when they get pushed out of previous historic black neighborhoods, but DO NOTHING to keep the area NICE! That's their fault, & the gotta be exiled PERMANENTLY! Those types of people are the reason so many innocent black people are killed, & falsely accused! Good riddance.
